Any person with a good moral character, no criminal record and sound health may apply for a second passport to St. Kitts & Nevis: The routes to St. Kitts & Nevis citizenship are:

Sustainable Growth Fund

  • Single applicant: US$150,000
  • Applicant with up to 3 dependents: US$150,000 (LIMITED TIME OFFER ONLY)
  • Additional dependents: US$10,000 each

Real Estate Investment

A second option is to invest in Government-approved property:

  • invest US$ 400,000 into a private property and hold it for five years, or

Is it possible for me to apply for citizenship by investment in St. Kitts and Nevis with my family?

For an additional fees, you can add eligible members of your family to your application or add them after you’ve obtained citizenship. Family members may include spouses, parents over the age of 55, children under the age of 18, children enrolled in an educational institution up to the age of 30, and kids under the age of 18.  

Do interviews, language tests, or work experience count toward the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program requirements?

You don’t need to pass an interview, a language exam, or have previous work experience to be qualified for this program.

Can I become a citizen without traveling to St. Kitts and Nevis?
